Microelectronic VLSI CMOS chip designed by Jose for random number generation.
At present I lead the creation of a new generation of intra-oral ultrasonic devices for orthodontic treatment at SmileSonica Inc.. This new generation relies on an FPGA implementation that will eventually be replaced by a custom-designed CMOS-based ASIC.
In the past I prototyped various digital/analog and mixed-signal systems conceived from scratch for low-power and low-space utilization. Most of these included microcontrollers and were made using surface mount components.
